ASSISTANT ART DIRECTION + SET DESIGN

I worked as an Assistant Art Director on Mark Rober’s Revengineers, a Discovery Channel series featuring Mark Rober, Estefannie, Allen Pan, and Thea Ulrich.

Each episode used science and engineering to create elaborate hidden-camera pranks aimed at inconsiderate behavior. Working within the Art Department, I helped translate those ambitious concepts into functional, camera-ready environments by supporting the coordination of sets, props, materials, and day-to-day production needs.

The work required creative problem-solving, technical coordination, and the ability to make quick adjustments in a fast-moving television environment. Every visual element needed to support the story while also working safely and reliably as part of the larger prank setup.

Collaborating across the Art Department, engineering team, and production crew gave me the opportunity to help create playful, highly detailed environments where design and real-world functionality had to work together.
